The United States is the only country in the Western world that has 3 separate tracts for generalist medicine: pediatrics, internal medicine, and family practice.

Microsoft health teams around the world have begun a mass migration to Chicago.  Tomorrow, I will be boarding a plane to join up with them for what is always one of the most important and largest health IT industry conferences and exhibitions of the year.
